About Me

IT graduate offering a technical background in software and networking combined with excellent customer service. I currently work full-time as a Level 2 Support Tech for a firm in Oak Brook.  I’m CompTIA A+ certified, have my A.A.S. in LAN Networking, my B.A. in Psychology, and 8 years of experience as an IT technician.
I love my job and enjoy helping people understand technology.  Since I work full time during the week, I can work before or after work, but primarily on weekends.

Handled technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment, including system crashes, networking solutions, database maintenance, system errors, and workflow questions.

Configured and installed new PCs and restored old PCs for small businesses.

Active Directory and Exchange management for more than 250 users and main point of contact for managing and deploying WSUS for 9 different offices.
